The program “De Olho no Futuro” ("Eye on the Future") is intended for students taking the second-to-last and last years of the Agricultural Engineering course with the major universities of the country. The program is designed to provide students with guidance on the several fronts of professional performance such career offers and qualify them to join the job market equipped with a broader view of the sector.
Through such program, university students are also given the chance to work on behavioral competences and address topics such as leadership, career and interpersonal relationship. The courses are provided by professionals from Bayer CropScience Human Resources area in partnership with a specialized market consulting company - Agro. Our professionals take their know-how to classrooms through the practical experiences they have had over their professional careers.
